  • The Lead Warehouse Associate reports to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Located in Van Nuys, CA.
  • Full-Time
  • In Office

Delegate and assign work to Warehouse Associates, coaching, mentoring, and cross training when needed.


  • Operate the various types of forklifts.
  • Pick orders.
  • Stock inventory, sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence, such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
  • Inspects products for damages and reports as needed.
  • Ship products within the warehouse using computer equipment.
  • Communicate with external providers.
  • Assemble fundamental components using a combination of hand tools and equipment when needed.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
  • Assist in customer service or when necessary.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
  • Oversee the cleanliness of the department.


  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
  • Ability to make decisions with little to no guidance based on company policies or procedures.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work.
  • Some overtime is required.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions independently.


  • This position supervises a team of warehouse associates.


  • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent Military or practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in shipping/receiving in a warehouse setting.
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.

The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is considered to be a general guideline. Pay for this position will reflect the candidate’s unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other local, state, and federal law.

In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark’s’ benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc.  Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
