Who we are looking for:

The Business Systems team seeks to drive efficiency, improve accuracy and support risk reduction strategies by leveraging existing and introducing new technical business systems. The Business Systems team focuses primarily on the technical system infrastructure and procedures supporting financial, human resources, payment operations and dependent non-financial processes. The Business Systems Analyst I, HRIS primarily supports other analysts across the organization, including all aspects of the finance, accounting, and People & Culture organizations. This role partners with business partners to understand requirements and identify, verify, and document solutions.

 

What you will do:

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Work collaboratively with other Business System SMEs and business partners to gather business requirements to identify, verify and document functional and technical requirements using requirements for supported business lines.
  • Identify and resolve gaps between new and existing business processes and applications and facilitate implementation of new business processes and modifications.
  • Provide support for production issues in adherence with internal SLAs.
  • Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement processes.
  • Produce system documentation for end users.
  • Proactively review procedures, and/or workflow needs and identify ways to capture, validate and integrate information to improve overall business process performance.
  • Design, build and fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests from supported business lines
  • Performs application configuration, administration and functional support as needed
  • Perform Functional and System Integration Testing
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

 

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or working equivalent in business management, finance, accounting, information systems or other related field
  • 1+ year(s) providing support around HR, finance, accounting, or payments processing
  • 1+ year(s) experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Dayforce, Oracle) required, NetSuite experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Ability to work in excel proficiently
  • Ability to document requirements and business processes

 

Compensation: $27.88 - $32.69 per hour. Please note that final compensation will be determined based upon the applicant's relevant experience, skillset, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law.
