Crayola - Maintenance Tech

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Pressure wash floors and hard surfaces within Crayola Experience and surrounding areas.  

• Assist with repairs and maintenance of housekeeping equipment and preventive maintenance of other MOA equipment.  

• Perform pre-opening inspections on non-mechanical attractions. 

• Identify, communicate, and resolve safety concerns.  

• Pick up parts and supplies as needed as well as delivery of items in need of third party attention. 

• Support Ride Maintenance Technicians I & II as needed 

• Answer guest questions and provides assistance when needed. 

• Regular, reliable and consistent attendance 

• Additional duties as assigned. 

PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: 

• High school diploma or equivalent required.  

• Minimum of 1 year mechanical/electrical experience in commercial/industrial applications, or completion of vocational technical program, preferred. 

• Ability to operate various equipment used in the cleaning operation, including kerosene fired pressure washer. 

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.  

• Previous experience and knowledge in safe use of a variety hand tools and electrical equipment.  

• Proficient oral and written communication required.

• Perform repetitive motion- Frequently 50% of time 

• Stand and move- Frequently 90% of time 

• Reach at, above or below shoulder level- Frequently 75% of time. 

• Kneel and bend- Frequently 50% of time 

• Stoop/squat- Frequently 50% of time 

• Lift/carry between 10-75 lbs- Occasionally 25% of time 

• Able to work at heights between 10-85 ft-Infrequently 10 % of time
