Join our team and be a vital part of creating memorable experiences for patrons at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum!  As a part-time Ticket Seller, you will handle phone inquiries, providing detailed information about scheduled events, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone inquiries from customers seeking information about scheduled events.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information about events, including ticket prices, availability, and seating arrangements.
  • Utilize the current ticketing system proficiently to sell tickets for various events at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with ticket purchases.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer at the conclusion of each shift, demonstrating proficiency in basic cash handling skills.



  • Proficiency in basic cash handling skills and hands-on computer experience
  • Familiarity with office equipment to ensure efficient daily operations
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, accommodating days, nights, holidays, and weekends as dictated by event schedules
  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with guests
  • Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
