Customer Service - Property Manager

Key Storage is looking for Full-Time responsible, ambitious and excellent leaders to manage the day-to-day operations of one of our beautiful self-storage facilities.

Manage the daily operations of the business and provide direction and coaching to other team members assigned to your location
Provide exceptional customer service to our customers and generate sales leads over the phone as well as walk-in customers
Meet sales objectives with each new lead through multiple channels such as the web and phone
Recommend and execute business strategies based on competitor and personal data
Assess customer self-storage needs and make valuable recommendations
Guide customers through the leasing process and agreements
Improve financial goals recognized by previous trends and drive key performance indicators with outstanding performance
Manage customer communication regarding accounts, collections and other items; document notes on the system
Conduct daily self-storage unit inspections; confirm inventory availability and ensure spaces are secure and/or ready to rent
Manage, audit, balance cash drawer; prepare and make daily deposits
Perform cleaning and maintenance such as sweeping, mopping and picking up trash to ensure property cleanliness for customers
Ability to perform at a high level with minimal supervision
Perform other related duties as assigned
