AQUATICS ADMINISTRATION - MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
The Columbia Association Aquatics Division is looking for a motivated, organized and experienced applicant to oversee and perform a variety of construction and maintenance projects. The job will require supervising pre and post seasonal pool maintenance and coordinating with the Howard County Health Department to secure various permits and promote the safe and continued operations of the CA Aquatics Facilities. We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 5 years experience running year round operations of 20-25+ seasonal and year round swimming facilities. The ability to use Google Sheets, Smartsheets and Dayforce or Workforce are an asset to this position.
A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred in a related field, or suitable industry experience of 5 years or more for serious consideration.
Hourly pay rate will be between $25-$30 an hour depending on experience.
