Responsible for all aspects of enrollment and eligibility for all products. Develops and implementsprocedures to improve and minimize human error while increasing output and production. Trains personnel on government regulations, processes, and timelines related to processing eligibility. Keeps abreast of incoming changes in legislation and regulatory issues that impact the products enrollment process.




  • Manages operations of enrollment activities including eligibility, dissemination of member enrollment information and ID cards. Provides direction and assistance to subordinate personnel. Continually monitors departmental business practices to ensure ongoing compliance and minimization of risk using state and federal regulations and standard policies and procedures.
  • Foster interdepartmental communication and provide benefit interpretation regarding eligibility requirements. Reviews all appropriate materials and business operations for compatibility with regulations as it pertains to the products. Develops and provides reporting as required.
  • Selects, assigns, and evaluates subordinate personnel and recommends associated personnel actions.
  • Assists team with eligibility questions and issues.
  • Develop and implement enrollment services policies and procedures for all products.
  • Plan and develop enrollment procedures for new and future products. Continue to enhance existing procedures whenever possible to increase production and efficiency.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.



  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check.
  • Demonstrates professional leadership qualities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications



  • Bachelor's degree OR four years of related experience in healthcare industry.
  • Enrollment/Eligibility experience.
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
