Our Personal Care Home is seeking an experienced leader in daily operations and management of a personal care home. Our employees believe we are creating a better world for our residents.

As a Personal Care Home Administrator, you oversee all departments of the personal care facility and play a direct role in improving the lives of our residents each day.

Requirements:

· Must have Pennsylvania Personal Care Home Administrator License

· Must have at least two years Personal Care Home Administrator's experience

·Seasoned and organized leader

· Comfortable working with elderly residents

· Compliance with both Federal and State requirements and regulations

Responsibilities:

· Maintain compliance with policies & procedures as well as regulations

· Provide non-medical supervision to nursing team members providing care to residents

· Oversee all other interdisciplinary departments within personal care facility

· Manage revenue and expenses according to budget

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
