QC Auditor - Dealer Claims

SUMMARY STATEMENT/POSITION OVERVIEW

To ensure that all dealer returns are investigated, processed, and responded to in a timely manner

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBLITIES

§ Reviews all returns from dealers to get to root cause

§ Respond to issues in the Ford PCS claim site

§ Confirms all necessary paperwork that arrives with the stock

§ Completes the return process or denies complaints based on investigation

§ Break down all stock

§ Works with the warehouse to return material to stock.

§ Performs other duties as assigned

SPECIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE OR QUALIFICATIONS

§ High School diploma or equivalent

§ Ability to read packaging specifications in English

§ Ability to navigate through SAP screens

§ Computer literate with Microsoft Office

§ Experience with Ford System

Pay Rate: $16/HR
Shift: 1st Shift Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM
