BASIC PURPOSE:

Responsible for achieving sales and business development targets within a specific industry or geographical area within the CCWSG practice. Primary responsibilities include focusing on closing new business, development planning/forecasting, pipeline management, designing strategic sales plans, assessing competition, building client relationships and referral business, successful execution of the sales cycle and attainment of client wins within the PACE and FQHC sector.  Accountable for driving the achievement of client acquisition and revenue growth objectives through a solution-oriented, consultative sales approach in an organization that has a continuous improvement culture. In addition to being an excellent communicator, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate exceptional negotiation, leadership and presentation skills.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:   

 

  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to maintain and grow customer loyalty.
  • Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals.
  • Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices.
  • Develop market specific pricing for medical, homecare and non-clinical positions.
  • Create client specific staffing contracts.
  • Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new programs.
  • Engage in strategic planning and market analysis to ensure long term divisional growth.
  • Work with Marketing & Advertising Departments to find new ways to find clients via web advertising, lists, associations, and other areas as needed.
  • Work with all CCH support teams in decisions that support the company.
  • Effectively represent company in a leadership capacity internally and externally to include company sponsored events, networking events, meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Home Healthcare and/or Medical Staffing sales role.
  • Knowledge MSP programs
  • Experience selling MSPs preferred.
  • Previous sales experience in a medical and/or home care staffing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Staffing, FQHC, Home Health industries and their best practices.
  • Capacity to manage various projects and adhere to tight deadlines.
  • Broad understanding of general business with excellent problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with developing and reading staffing contracts.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and give presentations.
  • Experience with conducting research aimed at assisting with business development.
  • Demonstrated team-oriented management style.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills via phone, writing and person to person.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to communicate and work in a harmonious, respectful, supportive manner with all members of Sr. Management, other Divisions and Support Departments
  • Previous experience working with CRM (Client Relationship Management) Systems.
  • Experience working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

 

EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a relevant field preferred.
  • or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
