As an Estimator, you will work under the guidance and direction of the Regional Landscape Construction Manager and VP of Construction.  You will support the Sales and Construction Operations teams and will be responsible for all aspects of the bidding process. 

Here’s an overview of what you can expect to do while working here:

  • Prepare landscape construction bids to include measuring properties for field estimates, reviewing invitations to bid, and estimate preparation.
  • Gather pricing data from suppliers and subcontractors
  • Compile data and calculate estimates for bid proposals
  • Submit accurate bids in a timely and effective manner adhering to client requested deadlines.
  • Verify RFP data, enter to NetSuite platform and update data as needed
  • Prepare proposal packets
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an Estimator role
  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent, Associates Degree is preferred.
  • Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Landscape or Construction industry experience
  • NetSuite and Aspire experience are a plus!
