Fertilization & Pest Control Manager

As a Fertilization & Pest Control Manager, you will manage the IPM, fertilization, and pest control program within a designated territory.  You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with your internal and external clients, manage customized agronomy plans to best suit the needs of your clients, and effectively manage your operations team.

Here’s an overview of what you can expect to do while working here:

  • Building strong relationships with internal and external clients
  • Conducting regular site visits to ensure client expectations are being met or exceeded
  • Identifying and resolving customer concerns with a high sense of urgency
  • Ensure compliance of all local and state laws and regulations
  • Driving the Down to Earth safety culture
  • Hiring, retaining and developing top talent.
  • Supervising the technicians that support the existing client portfolio
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the leadership team

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the commercial landscape maintenance industry
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in agronomy
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
  • Must have an active CPO license
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License and the ability to pass an MVR check

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Commercial landscape experience in the Florida market is strongly preferred.
