Health Services of Northern New York is seeking a Physical Therapist to support patients in St. Lawrence County, specifically in the Canton and Gouverneur areas.

An ideal candidate for this position has a desire to work 1 on 1 with patients in their homes to provide physical therapy exercises designed to facilitate rehabilitation, maintain functionality, and promote comfort and safety measures.

This position is part time and supports a limited caseload of patients. Hours are flexible with the opportunity to build your own schedule based on your needs.
