Hoffmaster Group Inc is looking for 2 interns to support the Financial Planning and Analysis team for Summer 2024.  This is an onsite paid internship based at our Corporate office in Oshkosh.  

The FP&A Interns will be assigned to one of the following projects:

1.  Perform a profit and trend-focused portfolio analysis of the Foodservice custom print make-to-order business answering the following questions with data and visualizations.  

  • What is the projected net turnover (churn) of the make-to-order segment in 2023 and 2024? 
  • Is our quote generation sufficient to achieve our growth targets?  
  • What factors drive our win/loss rate?  

2.  Build a financial tracking database for HGI's broker commissions and royalty liabilities.  This database will require accounting knowledge as the goal will be to accrue, pay, and track current balances through this database.

Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a Finance, Accounting or related degree. Jr or Sr level preferred
  • Ability to work on a team, and independently
  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel Power Point and ability to learn new computer programs

  • Full time employment- Internships and projects are designed to last 10 weeks over the summer.  Hours will be Monday – Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm and pay starts at $18 / hour.
