Primary Purpose of the Role

Develop new business at the end user level and further penetrate existing foodservice operator customers selling premium tabletop disposables, custom print, and packaging. Operator specialist will collaborate with regional manager to target account verticals, which include restaurants, caterers, lodging, healthcare, universities, and others to create pull through demand with foodservice distribution

Essential Job Duties

Develop working knowledge of the product line

Engage end users and generate new business at the operator level through in person or virtual meetings
Effectively evaluate customer needs and utilize solution based selling techniques
Increase sales revenue and expand product use at existing operator customers
Create demand with operators to support new product launch
Collaborate with local manager to target verticals
Generate and facilitate custom print opportunities with end user customers and local Hoffmaster account manager

Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and customer feedback
Follow up and close leads generated by marketing, or local trade shows
Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage marketing campaigns and targets
Assist team with trade show activity as needed
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and training
Contribute as needed to support team goals

Required Skills/Abilites

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Proficient user in Microsoft Office
CRM Utilization

Must be self-motivated

Willingness to travel within the territory, overnight travel may be required
1-3 years' experience in sales preferred in the foodservice industry

Compensation Package
$55,000 - $70,000 Annual Base Salary based on experience, 25% Annual Bonus opportunity, $100 monthly phone allowance, expense and mileage reimbursement, $100 monthly student loan assistance, full benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, 401K with match, Disability and more!
