HealthRIGHT 360 offers residential treatment services designed to serve  individuals and families with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our program helps clients address addiction and related issues, increase skills, manage stressors, connect to supportive service, and build a foundation for lasting recovery.  Residential programs run 24/7 and Individual and group therapy, family therapy, individualized case management, treatment planning, drug and alcohol counseling, Medication support services, and crisis intervention.

Job Overview

Are you someone who has a passion for cooking, and who wants to make a difference in your community? HealthRIGHT 360 is looking for a Chef de Partee with a diverse knowledge of cuisine to join us. You will be working in a community-based professional kitchen with client participation and support, using a general production menu and cooking methods. Join our team of dedicated individuals committed to helping people in need of substance abuse, mental health, and primary care treatment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as a team leader with multi cooking and trouble shooting solutions as needed
  • Work in a high paced production kitchen 
  • Be able to lead a team of cooks and step in as needed for meal productions 
  • Organizing meal production and set up
  • Ability to be creative on cuisines and styles as needed 
  • Can follow standard production menu
  • Can be a strong team leader to cooks with positive guidance
  • Able to stock/receive supplies with strong organization skills.

Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • 5 or more years with back off the house hands on cooking skills 
  • Strong cooking methods and knowledge of food
  • Knowledge of dietary needs
  • Knowledge of American comfort food/tex-mex diversity of cuisines
  • Culinary school or culinary training is a bonus
  • Must have compassion with challenged populations and team building skills.
