Position Summary

Join our dynamic marketing team as a College Marketing Intern specializing in graphic design. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in crafting compelling visual content while contributing to innovative marketing campaigns within a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities may include:

• Graphic Design:
• Design visually appealing graphics for digital and print marketing materials including social media posts, email newsletters, posters, flyers, brochures, and event collateral.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative concepts that align with the brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various platforms.
• Project manage assets from creation to proofreading to implantation. 
• Content Creation:
• Assist in creating engaging multimedia content such as GIFs, infographics, and short videos to enhance marketing initiatives and storytelling efforts.
• Support content creation for website updates and other digital platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Photography and Image Editing:
• Edit and retouch images to ensure they meet quality standards and align with the brand aesthetic.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, corporate teams, and regional partners to support integrated marketing campaigns.
• Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements, timelines, and feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

 Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with video editing tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications (in addition to minimum qualifications)

Education/Experience

• Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Creative vision and ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs.
• Portfolio showcasing graphic design projects and creative work samples is required.

• Working knowledge of Canva.

• This is a 3-month long internship position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
