Help ISO New England respond to a changing grid by joining in the business analysis, requirement development and testing for various cross-functional projects related to Market Administration, Operations Forecasting, Outage Coordination, Control Room Operations and Market Mitigation.

How you will make an impact:

  • Participate in project testing and test coordination
  • Work with project stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
  • Share documented requirements with project stakeholders to validate their accuracy
  • Work with Project Managers and IT to develop test plans and test execution scripts
  • Support project goals of delivering quality solutions on time and within budgets

 

What you need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Math, Science or equivalent experience
  • Experience in working in IT/ project management  area
  • Understanding of power markets and power system operations
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and/or Access
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills and advanced writing and presentation skills
  • PMP Certificate a plus
