Manager, Business Intelligence & Technical Architecture [REMOTE]

Iteris is recruiting for a Manager, Business Intelligence & Technical Architecture to partner with our organization to further develop and maintain important BI reports in an Oracle Fusion environment. We have an exciting opportunity to help the business better mature its use of our Oracle ERP system to create efficient access to further our business intelligence and advance decision making. This role will provide an opportunity to learn and partner with an exciting and growing business and will involve both hands-on project execution and project management when appropriate. This position is a hybrid role requiring occasional presence in our Santa Ana office and superb ability to develop and grow business relationships and build personal credibility in a virtual environment.

What you will be doing:

• Broad IT expertise in Implementation, design, development, delivery and support for Fusion Cloud Applications
• Technical subject matter expertise within the ERP Data Domain including GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, Cash Management, Supply Chain Management and Projects applications
• Proven ability to provide robust technical solutions based on functional specifications
• Ability to learn / understand the business to assist users to define and refine functional specification needs to support business objectives
• Collaborate with technical and functional resources through the project life cycle, for Reports, Integration, Conversions, Extensions (RICE) objects design, documentation and unit test support
• Provide accurate and timely communication/status reports to Tech Lead and/or Project Manager
• Have ability to both manage and participate in projects to direct activities to meet objectives on-time and in a cost effective manner
• Experienced in onsite/offshore project team models
• Proven ability to integrate Cloud ERP with third party providers such as banks, exchange rate platforms and external applications such as Sales force, Conga etc.
• Solid understanding of performance tuning best practices and experience improving end-to-end processing times
• Stay up to date with latest feature set of Oracle Quarterly Patches/Major Releases
• Recommend and implement best practices around design and build of conversions, integrations and reports
• Raise issues and work resolutions including working with Oracle support, as they come up to ensure adherence to the project schedule

What you need to be successful in this role:

• Has eight (8) plus years of Hands-on Experience with Oracle ERP/EBS, with over three (3) years Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud
• Has been on a minimum of two full cycle cloud deployments
• Has hands on experience in design, development, deployment in at least two of the following areas in ERP Cloud
  • Data conversion of master data and transaction data using FBDI templates & ADFDi
  • Reports using BI Publisher, Template development
  • Integrations (OIC/MuleSoft/Dell Boomi/SOA/ SOAP & REST web services
• Excellent SQL writing skills
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• BI Publisher (RTF, Excel template design/ eText/ Parameter Handling/ Bursting/ backup and migration of reports to different pods), OTBI / Analysis Dashboard
• Sound knowledge of roles, data security, custom role development and cloud system administration services
• Extending Cloud through the native personalization layer
• AP Check printing, Positive pay templates, PO Printing, AP Printing, automated AR Invoice, Lockbox Processing / Bank Statement integration
• Work with Fusion Analytics warehouse, ATP data bases
• Creating and scheduling Oracle Cloud ESS Jobs and BIP Jobs
