Janney’s Corporate Internship Program is a 10-week paid opportunity beginning June 3, 2024 to August 9, 2024 for students entering their senior year of undergraduate study who are on track to graduate in Spring 2025.
Working closely with Insured Solutions and Investment Company Solutions team, the intern will handle a wide variety of assignments and help solve client related issues through collaboration and projects relating to investment, insurance and lending production and proposals.

- Customer Service: Able to anticipate and meet customer needs and have a proven ability to develop rapport with external clients and internal customers
- Prioritizing: operate in a fast-paced environment effectively managing competing priorities and responsibilities to meet critical deadlines
- Building Relationships: Connecting with others in a way that fosters trust and creates collaborative relationships
Responsibilities:
I. Insured Solutions:
a. Tracking the production of those advisors who have earned their CLTC designation over the past three years
b. Tracking the production of those advisors who have participated in the various cohorts the team runs
c. Run branch/advisor reports before branch visits
d. Insurance/Planning initiative: Assist with a project focused on pulling data from financial plans to find potential insurance opportunities.
II. Investment Company Solutions:
a. Identify dealer agreements we have in our records and update with a consistent naming convention.
b. Contact fund families to get the most current version of dealer agreement, if not readily accessible
c. Record agreements in a searchable database and add to a shared network drive for efficient access and retrieval.
d. Note any restricted share classes/share classes that are not available at Janney per the agreement.
Program Eligibility Requirements:
- Ability to work full-time (37.5 hours/week) during the internship
