Stadium Operations - Senior HVAC Technician

The Sr. HVAC Technician is responsible for maintaining, executing repairs and completing preventative maintenance to the HVAC system within AT&T Stadium. The Sr. HVAC Technician reports to the HVAC Manager. 

Job Duties:

• Perform basic and preventative maintenance as well as repairs needed to the HVAC system
• Coordinate and direct outside contractors as needed to complete projects
• Respond to and execute work order requests in a timely fashion
• Assist with simple estimates of time, materials, and scope required to insure proper installation and specifications for project

Qualifications:

• 8+ years experience in building maintenance, construction and/or facilities required
• Licensed HVAC preferred
• Familiarity with stadium/large venue operations preferred
• Able to understand and troubleshoot a variety of equipment and machines essential to the day to day operations within AT&T Stadium
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure
• Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
