Expectations & Responsibilities:

• No cold calling, receive inbound calls and assist guest appropriately.  
• Provide our guests with information on accommodations and accommodation packages, special events, dining options, recreational activities, golf, and other island happenings. In friendly and professional manner.
• Work closely with the Front Desk, Leisure Services, and Concierge Teams to provide our guests with an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.
• Possess knowledge of and abide by the Forbes Five Star and AAA Five Diamond standards.
• Upholds the core values, and policies and procedures of the resort.
• All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Previous hotel customer service experience required.
• Requires excellent attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong typing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are a must in this role.
• Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
