KI is seeking a Sales Specialist to join our sales team in the Carolina's to market our products in the Northwestern North Carolina area. The ideal candidate will reside in Iredell or the surrounding area and will cover all of KI’s core markets including Higher Ed, K-12, Commercial, Healthcare, State and Local, and will also call on Architecture and Design firms. You will work from your home office in this role but will have accessibility to KI’s showroom in Charlotte.
In this position, you will call on decision makers and end-users to market KI products and work closely with influential architects and designers to increase KI awareness and consideration in targeted building and renovation projects. KI manufactures innovative furniture and movable Wall system solutions for educational, commercial, healthcare and government markets. We design and manufacture furniture that is appealing, comfortable, sustainable and looks really cool!
Candidates with previous sales or design experience in the furniture or a related industry are preferred. Existing relationships with architects, designers, and end users in this area will be helpful. Candidates must be able to haul sales samples and be proficient in CRM technology.

Compensation is anywhere between $80-90,000 salary plus commission paid from dollar one.
