Support Center Technician
KI is seeking a Support Center Technician to join our IT team based out of our Corporate office in Green Bay.
This individual will provide technical support for desktop and laptop computers, applications, and related technology for corporate users as well as remote employees and facilities. This support includes testing new systems to define standards; deploying systems, software, and peripherals; and troubleshooting computer systems and software to diagnose and resolve unique issues.
The ideal candidate must be able to work as part of a team and possess strong communication, customer service, and problem solving skills. A minimum of an Associate's degree in an IT related field as well as 2 years of hands-on technical support experience in a corporate environment is strongly preferred. Related technical certifications are a plus.

The hourly rate for this role will be based on candidate’s experience and qualifications, with the salary range starting at $22.50/hour.
