Digital Marketing Analyst

 

What work will you perform?

Join our corporate communications team as a Digital Analyst to support Landstar’s public websites and external digital marketing. The ideal candidate must love retrieving and evaluating data – website analytics, UTM codes, SEO – and connecting it to impactful content and communications. Reporting to the Content Marketer, this role may also assist in website content updates; online, pay-per-click and social media advertising; and online monitoring of news and brand mentions.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate website analytics for all public websites
  • Conduct ongoing analysis with responsibility for creating triggers/UTM codes for tracking
  • Proactively research, learn, and implement the latest website SEO/SEM and other digital marketing best practices
  • Stay apprised of and implement website SEO best practices
  • Create and maintain online/digital lead-generation and brand building advertising
  • Process advertising and digital marketing invoices to maintain department lead-gen advertising budget

 

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

  • 1 year experience with Google analytics and pay-per-click platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in communications, advertising, marketing or related field from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent practical work experience

 

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • Internship(s) in office environment (agency or corporate)
  • 6 months experience with website CMS, which may include Umbraco and WordPress

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Familiar with social media advertising
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
  • Effectively communicate and work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to uphold quality processes, policies and protocols
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

 

Currently Hybrid schedule which requires scheduled time working in the office in Jacksonville, FL
