Service Greeter, Concierge | Beaverton Motorcycles

Beaverton Motorcycles is looking for friendly and outgoing powersports enthusiasts to greet our service customers.    "What Can We Do For You Today" mentality is a must.  We need a true concierge who can multi-task, thrives in a fast-paced and invigorating work environment, and does so with grace and style.  An ideal candidate will have some history and/or interest in powersports and motorcycles, phone and greeter skills, above average computer skills (Excel, Outlook, etc), and the ability and desire to provide A+ service to our customers and co-workers.   Full time, Tuesday - Saturday, 9a - 6p. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Welcome guests and handle initial check in paperwork
• Cashier
• Communicate minor recommendations from the Service Department to the guest
• Ensure that customers receive prompt and courteous attention
• Take ownership of the guest’s experience se we leave a positive impression
• Provide concierge support for all guest inquiries to assure the guest does not get mishandled
• Spend quality time building relationships with our guests
• Other duties as needed

• Must have the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as scheduled – MANDATORY (we are open 6 days a week)
