As the Licensed PRN Hospice Social Worker in Michigan, you will assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall Patient Plan of Care.
Education and Experience
- Must possess at minimum a LMSW license
- Active LMSW license in good standing required
- 2 year supervised social work experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals preferred
