Dietitian

The Clinical Dietitian responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Implements appropriate feeding modality, diet, or nutrition support (enteral, parenteral)
• Monitors patients’ response to the daily nutrient intake making appropriate recommendations for nutritional intervention when necessary
• Educates patients and their families on nutritional needs and/or diets
• Assists in the development of and participates in departmental and interdisciplinary quality improvement programs
• Coordinates with interdisciplinary team to implement up to date nutritional management, including but not limited to enteral/parenteral nutrition, dialysis management, weight management, wound management. 
• Have experience with the nutrition care process and EMR
• Perform patient satisfaction rounds
• Excel at developing rapport with the medical team
• Work with the Corporate Dietitian to provide exemplary care and education to patients, staff, and community

Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from an accredited college or university is required
•  Registered and Licensed Dietitian in the State of Ohio.
•  Two years of experience in clinical nutrition role preferred but not required.
