Salary commensurate upon skill set, experience, and competency in operational leadership roles. The position is bonus eligible up to 25% annually based on individual and company performance.

 

Responsibilities: Job Description

 

  • Report to Senior Vice President – Strategic Accounts at the Corporate Office for overall performance and results.
  • Build and lead a Portfolio of Financial Institution clients on the Strategic Accounts Team.
  • Manage key C-Level and Senior level relationships with Tier I & II FI clients.
  • Act as a consultant to develop solutions that support differentiated value within the supply chain to the customer.
  • Coordinate actions with and communicate frequently to Branch and Region staffs and various corporate personnel.
  • Make calls and presentations to and network with senior personnel.
  • Maintain an updated Strategic Account Plan and Relationship Matrix.

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum 7 years of sales or account management experience, preferably with large regional or national accounts.
  • Consultant experience in the supply chain or service sector would be a plus.  Experience in both the sales and delivery of consultant services.  Focus on improving portfolio design, total cost, and service enhancement using technology and process improvement techniques.
  • Financial, accounting, or retail experience focusing on value proposition design, unit cost, total cost, EVA, and service improvements.  Analytical approach in presenting business solutions.
  • Strong communication skills: maintain constructive, collaborative working relationships within Region Presidents & staff, Branch and Corporate personnel.
  • Financial industry experience is a plus.
  • Degree preferred.
  • 60% travel
