Our Day Habilitation Center for Adult Services is seeking a Healthcare Supervisor (RN)
for our Day Habilitation Program in Raynham Massachusetts! The Registered Nurse coordinates all health care services provided to the individuals at the Day Hab program
Responsibilities
- Obtains and maintains knowledge of all individuals including significant medical history, current medical problems, current medications, usual behavior and appearance and report changes as necessary and appropriate.
- Conducts routine and problem-centered health assessments and develop and implement appropriate interventions.
- Completes daily, monthly, quarterly and annual nursing assessments notes as needed.
- Performs periodic reviews of the medication record to ensure accuracy and review all medication occurrence reports.
- Provides staff training for pertinent medical concerns.
- Administers medical treatments prescribed by the individual’s physician as per regulations.
- Delivers first aid in emergency situations, as necessary
- Supervise floor nurses/LPNs
- Attend meetings as necessary

Provides telephone consultation services during shift and after work hours and has on call weekend responsibilities on a rotating basis
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- 3-5 years' related work experience
- Previous medication teaching experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities
