The Cooper Spur Restaurant and Inn Manager plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of Cooper Spur Mountain Resort. In this position, we truly understand and embrace the distinctiveness of our resort, aiming to amplify the achievements of Cooper Spur Mountain Resort while placing a strong emphasis on enhancing the overall guest experience. This role will work closely with the Cooper Spur General Manager and Cooper Spur Ski Area team to create an enriching experience on the mountain.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years leadership experience, including restaurant management
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Experience successfully managing several departments with a focus on guest service & hospitality and a demonstrated record of successful financial performance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, Excel) 
  • Employment in this position is subject to a satisfactory background screening
  • OLCC Service Permit & ServSafe Certification  
  • Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal operation
  • Employment in this position is subject to a satisfactory background check
