Accounts Specialist - The Plaza Building

Position: Account Specialist
Location: The Plaza Building
Shift: Full Time - Hours M-F 9:30am-6pm 
Pay Rate: $23 to 25 an hour

MUST HAVE A VALID AND A RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
 
As an Accounting Specialist. you will be responsible for general bookkeeping activities in the office to include preparation, review, and maintenance of records. Provide accounting and administrative support by performing the following duties:

Account Specialist Essential Functions

• Manage collections for accounts on file
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner
• Answering all calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
• Support the maintanence and upkeep of the garage
• Assist Mobility Specialist as needed

Required Education and Experience
• 1 to 3 years of experience in general bookkeeping experience
• Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel
• 18 Years of Age
• Valid Driver’s License
