Motivate is looking for full-time seasonal Drivers to operate vehicles to for the purpose of relocating bikes throughout the Boston bikeshare system.

About the Role

• Operate a vehicle for the purpose of moving bikes around the system  
• Load/unload vehicles with bikes. Dock/undock bikes at stations  
• Reboot stations, replace station batteries as necessary  
• Communicate with dispatch using provided phone/radio/GPS unit interface  
• Perform minor vehicle maintenance such as pre/post trip inspections, replacing bulbs, fluids and regular cleaning 
• Follow safe work practices and help to create a safe working environment  

About You

• You have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• You are comfortable using a smart phone with apps
• You are comfortable driving, stopping, and working in busy, urban outdoor environments
• You are dependable and follow an assigned schedule
• You follow instructions, ask questions, and request feedback to improve performance
• You can lift to 75 pounds; stoop, bend, kneel, or stand for long periods of time
