📌Your mission in the IOS team:   
 

  • Lead, grow, mentor, and support your development team.  
  • Defining the work processes to ensure best practices alignment.  
  • Work closely with our Product Managers and Architects to create the most enjoyable customer experience and define your team’s roadmap and goals.  
  • Ensure that the team members and applications are constantly evolving by fostering an environment of continuous improvement, feedback, and accountability.  
  • Empower our native application’s infrastructure with reusable, robust software components.

🔍 Your profile: 

  • 4+ years of experience in a leadership role or leadership functions with a development team  
  • A few years of top-notch programming training and experience under your belt  
  • Comfortable with IOS and multiplatform concepts and technologies like Objective-C, Swift and APIs  
  • Good understanding of software design patterns for clean, consistent, simple, and efficient code  
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills  
  • Passion for quality and attention to detail  
  • Strong mobile application UI development skills
