New York, NY (50% Onsite, 50% Remote)

TouchTunes is the world's largest in-venue interactive music and entertainment platform, with our connected jukeboxes featured in over 65,000 locations globally. Our music experience inspires emotional connections in shared spaces, enhancing the way people interact with each other and their environment. Millions of songs are played daily across the TouchTunes network, with our popular mobile app driving the vast majority of plays.

In April of 2022, TouchTunes was acquired by TA Associates, a leading global growth private equity firm. We have developed a growth strategy to drive the next wave of expansion for the business, and we are seeking highly qualified and passionate candidates to join our diverse team of innovators.

We are seeking a Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager. This person will be the voice of TouchTunes and will manage marketing communications from the strategy and content to execution, with a focus on driving brand recognition and awareness through social media and influencers. You need to be an exceptional communicator, strategist, writer, and be able to truly understand the personas, emotions, and lifestyles of our consumers. You will have a passion and excitement for marketing to both consumers and businesses from the local college bar to strategic national accounts. This position is supported by our in-house creative team as well as our external agency partners.

Day to Day:

  • Assist with the creation and development of the voice of TouchTunes, providing creative direction and communications.
  • Develop and execute the TouchTunes messaging across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to develop engaging tactics with our user-generated content, music (e.g., pre-releases, artist clips) and third-party (e.g., PR, influencers, bloggers) content.
  • Coordinate all user-generated content and requests and respond to community questions and feedback.
  • Moderate and manage brand presence on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other relevant platforms daily.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners, social media contacts and others in the music, technology, and small business spaces.


Your Profile:

  • 3+ years' experience of social and/or influencer marketing.
  • Advanced working knowledge of digital media trends and strategies, with an emphasis on social media and content marketing.
  • Self-starter who thrives with the autonomy to recommend and initiate work on projects with minimal direction.
  • Comfort-level in a fast-paced small company and ability to grasp and simply communicate a software, hardware, and media business model.
  • Passion for music, pop culture and technology a must
