Website Quality Control

PURPOSE:  To assist  members of the development team with quality control duties of the online booking process to identify system errors and to ensure a smooth booking process flow.     

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Monitor the cruise booking engine process
  • Identify and report errors to the development team  
  • Update new rate codes that are added to the system

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of the cruise industry is a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in teams

 

 ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

 

Duties are performed in an office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table for up to 8 hours or more a day.  This position requires the ability to use a computer keyboard, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.
