Essential Job Functions: 

  • Lead the development and optimization of integrated campaigns to generate leads for our enterprise and inside sales teams that convert to revenue, with particular focus on lead generation for our high school product vertical
  • Build deep understanding of our clients, target markets, and how our solutions can meet the needs of our customers to solve their problems
  • Collaborate with Content, Creative, Product Marketing, and Sales to create new content designed to acquire new leads and move them through the sales funnel, including white papers, ebooks, webinars, blogs, videos, sales sheets, product demos, newsletters, and decks
  • Manage Penn Foster’s presence at national and regional trade shows, including pre and post-event promotion to bring maximum visibility to Penn Foster’s solutions at the events
  • Partner with Client Success to develop templates, training videos, webinars, guides, and email sequences to help scale client success efforts and support clients in driving learner demand and awareness of their Penn Foster program offerings
  • Capture the voice of our clients and own the development of case studies and client success stories; Manage client surveys to track NPS, client satisfaction, and outcomes
  • Collaborate with the Communications team to facilitate client PR and speaking opportunities
  • Provide clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholder teams to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for campaigns
  • Work with sales leadership to optimize rep outreach and nurture through tools such as HubSpot Sales Hub; offer up optimizations or content improvements to increase connect rates with leads
  • Partner with Digital Marketing to drive paid advertising strategy for B2B, applying a test-and-learn agenda, measuring ROI, and ensuring consistency in messaging from the top of the funnel through the bottom of the funnel 
  • Manage strategy and optimization agenda of B2B website, partnering with Web Experience, SEO, and Brand teams to ensure website is on-message and optimized for target priority audiences; partner with Marketing Analytics to obsessively measure ROI of website
  • Dive deep into data with reports and dashboards to provide visibility into marketing campaign results, measure campaign effectiveness, and drive strategic decision-making for optimized campaign strategies; own the distillation of learnings/insights to guide ongoing sales & marketing efforts

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • 5+ years of experience focused on B2B marketing, including lead gen campaign strategy and execution and customer-focused growth programs
  • Ability to lead a small team of at least two direct reports in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to facilitate content marketing strategy for Enterprise Solutions business
  • A strong understanding of ABM, marketing automation, CRM, lead scoring and nurturing, segmentation, revenue attribution, influence, and ROI 
  • Highly fluent with leading marketing automation platforms; experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo preferred
  • Seasoned project management skills; highly self-motivated and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing strategic, tactical, and analytical responsibilities.
  • Entrepreneurial “test & learn” mindset with track record of innovation; ability to move & pivot quickly
  • Is a team player with the confidence to present a professional and positive demeanor with internal and external customers
