Position Summary:

As a Sales Development Representative, your mission is to prospect warm leads via phone, text, and email to qualify them for Career Step programs and transfer to an Account Executive for enrollments.  You will be the first point of contact for an enormous number of learners, requiring a high degree of organizational and professional phone skills.

$15/hr + No Cap Commission!  With an Earning potential of $60k!

Essential Job Functions: 

  • Prospecting by using Salesforce to contact warm leads to discuss their career goals in healthcare and transfer them to an Account Executive to close the sale via text, email, and phone calls.
  • Make strategic outbound calls, emails, and texts 
  • Contact warm prospects to convert to opportunities for our Account Executives to close
  • Exceed sales quotas on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • You create your own paycheck, requires true ownership of your work ethic
  • Match customer’s needs to our E-learning products efficiently
  • Build value in the product and overcome objections

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: 

  • Education: Associate’s Degree or higher preferred
  • Experience: Customer-facing roles; Working in a B2C environment; Pipelining; Prospecting; Salesforce experience is a plus; InContact phone experience is a plus
  • Computer Skills: Fluent with MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook email.  Computer proficiency is highly important.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Analyzing data and drawing conclusions
    • Previous experience in sales or sales development is a plus
    • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently
    • Contact Center experience a plus
