Position Summary:

The Career Step division at Penn Foster Group is looking for self-motivated, and experienced sales candidates with a mission to change people's lives. The perfect candidate enjoys exceeding metrics and has succeeded in breaking records in their previous positions.

Earning potential: OTE $100k+

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Receiving warm inbound leads from our sales development team
  • Effective follow-up with clients.
  • Make outbound calls to warm leads in your pipeline.
  • Call scheduled consultations for interested learners.
  • Follow the Career Step pipeline management strategy.
  • 70% Conducting Sales Consultations and Transactions
  • Conduct question-based consultations.
  • Guide learners through the enrollment process.
  • Overcome objections using Career Step solutions.
  • Learn our preferred sales methodology.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly quota.

 

 Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • 3 to 5 yrs. related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Drive Results: You are self-driven, motivated and results-oriented. You have experience exceeding sales quotas and bringing in new business.
  • Action Oriented: You aren't afraid to dive in feet first and keep your activity high
  • Persuasiveness: Knowledge of how to speak confidently and effectively with potential learners of all levels
  • Knowledgeable in Salesforce
  • Previous sales experience
  • Experience working in B2C environment.
  • Experience with Slack, Teams
