Job Summary: As the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Providence Medical Center, you'll be instrumental in shaping our organization's human capital strategy. From talent acquisition to policy development, your leadership will ensure that our HR initiatives align with our mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of HR management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within our workforce.
  • Provide leadership in budgeting, strategic planning, and operational infrastructure development.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders for optimal service delivery.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on HR matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification desired.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
  • Experience in healthcare industry preferred.
