ABOUT THE ROLE:
Parker Poe is seeking a transactional associate with two to four years of experience to join our Health Care Practice Group in Charlotte, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the health care industry and excellent client service. Candidates should have experience representing healthcare providers in a variety of transactions and regulatory matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and corporate governance.
Candidates must have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and be able to provide excellent client service through regular client interaction. State Bar of North Carolina licensure is required. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of attorneys with an established client base representing a variety of healthcare providers, including hospital systems, physician groups, and pharmacies.
