Job Summary:  

Responsible for providing troubleshooting assistance and resolutions related to computer hardware and software, telephone hardware and software, mobile devices, and other technical tools and products when required.  


Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical assistance for questions and problems
  • Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems
  • Diagnosing system errors and other issues
  • Following up with employees to ensure full resolution of issues
  • Installing or changing software to fix issues
  • Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems
  • Managing company cell phones for employees as direct contact
  • Remote setup and troubleshooting of printers
  • Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed
  • Assist with onboarding of new users



Positional Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with IT Support
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively to help customers fix their issues and feel satisfied with the experience
  • Writing and editing skills to aid in writing and updating manuals
  • General awareness of computer systems, PC repair, and network management
  • Comptia or MCP certification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Associate's degree in related field or equivalent years of experience in addition to the above requirement


Essential Physical Functions:

  • Travel: less than 5%
  • Lifting up to 20 pounds
  • Bending, stooping, walking
