Job Summary:  

Contracts Administrator is responsible for the management of the company’s truck fleet, contract administration and coordinating customer pre-qualification form (PQF) requirements. Access to sensitive information of customers, the business and / or employees requires adherence to company privacy rules and any applicable laws.

 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer all company contracts within the company contract management software system
  • Coordinate all customer required PQF’s
  • Responsible for the management and administration of all company leased vehicles
  • Act as a backup for the Business Execution item creation team as required

 

Positional Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience
  • High School diploma
  • College degree (preferred)
  • Experience in a customer-service or administrative role addressing business process and   customer needs within order execution process. (preferred)
  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Critical thinking skills: attention to detail to ensure accurate data input
    • Highly organized
    • Effective time-management
    • Detail-oriented
    • Oracle ERP or equivalent experience (preferred)
  • Clear background check and drug/alcohol screening

 

Essential Physical Functions:

  • Travel: less than 5%
  • Lifting up to 20 pounds
  • Bending, stooping, walking
