The Opportunity

We are looking for a Client Partner to work within our Field & Stream and Outdoor Life brands.  You will manage key relationships with outdoor brands in the hunting and fishing space.  Since we are 100% digital, you are fluent in the world of digital media and understand how key elements like ad banners, custom content and email products work to achieve a clients’ goal.  You are also familiar with the outdoor industry and enjoy sports like hunting or fishing. 



  • Manage and drive the sales cycle from start to finish.

  • Prospect and identify opportunities, negotiate and secure sales of advertising and sponsorship programs to brands for outdoor, including lead generation, meetings, RFP, negotiating, closing, and advising campaign cadence.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies

  • Identify new strategic clients, advertisers, and partners; implementing an effective sales strategy

  • Build strong and profitable relationships with key clients, and constantly grow revenue from existing and new partnerships

  • Create advertiser solutions and build partnership programs for clients and agencies

  • Meet/exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals in accordance with the sales plan

  • Travel as needed to key industry events like SHOT Show, NRA Show and ICAST.



  • Industry expert on advertising solutions for clients, specializing in social-first, branded campaigns

  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with experience selling outdoor brands

  • Proactive, energetic, positive attitude and desire to work in a results-oriented and deadline-driven environment.

  • Desire and ability to manage multiple relationships at a time

  • Creative problem-solving skills and a commitment to execution of task

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as ability to present in front of others.

Education & Experience

  • 1-2 years of digital media or digital sales experience

  • Experience with integrated selling across multiple platforms for a digital media company, including selling digital advertising, social media, video, and branded content.

  • Familiarity with the outdoor space and passion for the outdoor community.
