Job Title: Non - CDL Driver/Pressure Washer
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Non CDL Driver and Pressure Washer to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for driving our company vehicles and pressure washing equipment and areas as assigned.
Position Highlights:
- Hours: Monday through Friday from 3AM – 4PM
- Location: 285 Pawnee St A, San Marcos, CA 92078
- Rate of Pay: $20.50 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- You will operate Sweeper equipment and be required to inspect them daily to ensure safe operation.
- You must be comfortable with completing work in oncoming traffic. You will have protection by TMA vehicles.
- Duties to include driving a pickup truck, physically picking up debris, and placing in caged bed of truck.
- Clean various highway locations in and surrounding metroplex assigned daily.
- Required to make numerous stops and exiting truck to remove debris/trash from highway shoulders and adjacent edges of highway shoulders.
- Duties include detailed deep cleaning and pressure washing of sidewalks, buildings, dumpster pads, etc. for commercial parking lots and buildings.
- Operate power washers and use appropriate cleaning agents to remove dirt, grime, and other substances.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift over 50 pounds and work off ladder or lift.
- Equipment in great condition and training is provided.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Good Driving Record
- Ability to pass employment and random drug tests
- Ability to follow directions and read maps
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally
- Proper work attire (pants, shirt with short sleeve at a minimum) and work boots
