Territorial Digital Systems Specialist

Location:  Territorial Headquarters, Atlanta, GA

NOTE: The employment duration of this position is 6 months.  

About this opportunity:

This position Provides digital systems subject matter expertise and technical assistance for the Territorial Web and Social Media Systems team as well with divisions and vendors to develop, strengthen, and coordinate best practices for social media systems administration supporting fundraising and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains a functional system for logging account information which includes but is not limited to identifying the administrators on the accounts and determining when and why compliance issues occur; tracks trends and solutions for resolving technical issues that threaten digital communications activity. 
• Provides subject matter expertise and technical assistance to mitigate digital communication system problems with Meta across the territory; responds in a timely and efficient manner to ensure digital communications are not interrupted and have limited downtime due to inaccurate account information or setup.
• Maintains, devises, and implements digital system solutions using available resources and creative thinking.

What we are looking for in you:

• Associate degree from an accredited college or university in a related field required, bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, AND
• Three years of relevant social media administration experience including experience with digital fundraising tools such as Classy, Crowdrise, MobileCause, Blackbaud, Luminate Online, or similar tools OR
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Ability to travel as needed for training purposes. Limited amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting, and carrying light objects (less than 25 lbs.) Work is performed in a normal office environment where there are little or no physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.
