Verisma wants YOU! The Customer Service Representative is responsible for fielding client inquiries regarding Release of Information (ROI) requests for patient medical records. The Bilingual CSR provides issue resolution, status updates concerning medical record requests, and posts corrective action notes in the corporate database to facilitate timely and accurate release of information processing.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (flexible shifts available)

Responsibilities:
- Receive a high volume of inbound calls from clients inquiring about status of medical records, fees, etc.
- Escalate complex issues, as needed
- Ability to meet productivity standards, which are set by the Supervisor/Manager
- Maintain a professional demeanor and ethical behavior when dealing with confidential and sensitive information
Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Bilingual – fluent in Spanish, verbal and written
- Qualified applicants must be vaccinated from COVID-19
- Tech savvy (e.g., typing, navigating in/out of multiple programs, dual monitors, etc.)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and capacity to build relationships with co-workers and customers
- Ability to work effectively and independently in fast-paced environments, while working remotely
Preferred:
- Knowledge of HIPAA
- Prior medical office experience
- Ring Central, Zendesk, Microsoft Teams, Outlook & Excel
