What does a Service and Support Manager do?
The Service and Support Manager is responsible for all activities related to tracking and improving maintenance KPI’s, development and oversight of Repairs and Maintenance (R&M) and supply replenishment as well as maintenance scheduling and billing. This position will oversee maintenance team and will be accountable for team development. This role will ensure the highest level of customer service, including but not limited to, the timeliness of repairs, the quality of workmanship all while keenly focused on safety for team members and customers. Will oversee membership and fleet management. All billing and invoicing must be prompt and accurate. The Service and Support Manager will travel to manage maintenance team and monitor the maintenance function.
Our Ask of You:
-Equivalent to a high school diploma (required), Associate’s Degree preferred
-At least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, supervision, and/or facilities maintenance management (required)
oPreferred: direct experience managing maintenance function and experience with car wash equipment
-Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English in a manner that is
sufficient for effective communication with groups of managers, clients,
customers and the general public.
-Valid driver’s license (required)
