The Wilderness Resort is seeking hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, customer service driven individuals to join our fast-paced team! Employees have access to great benefits, amenity usage, and so much more!

The Resort Bartender position is responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons of bar, following standard recipes, mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks. May also serve food items to guests.

*Must be at least 18 years old*

This is a part- or full-time position with day, night and weekend availability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collects payment for food & drinks served.
• Responsible for the accuracy and totality of a cash bank.
• May slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
• Perform cashier/cook duties as needed.
• Wear proper uniform and name tag at all times.
• Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
• Attempt to limit problems and liability related to guests excessive drinking by taking steps such as persuading guests to stop drinking or calling a shuttle or other transportation for intoxicated guests.
• Clean glasses, utensils, and the bar and bar equipment, work areas, and tables. Maintain a clean, well-stocked and presentable work environment.
• Stock bar with necessary items for next shift.
• Take beverage orders directly from guests.
• Serve snacks or food items to guests in the outlet. May also be required to cook food items if necessary.
• Help prepare Deli To-Go items as needed.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
