Position Overview:

 

As a Data Integrity Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data within Bozzuto’s Inc.  You are responsible for working within H&S and procurement systems.   

 

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately entering data into company systems, appropriate spreadsheets, and any other proprietary system
  • Identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies in data sets
  • Researching and providing complete and accurate information for maintenance and updates for all vendor information including necessary changes, substitutions, and broker information
  • Researching and completing accurate information regarding maintenance and updates for all item information includes but is not limited to – item status changes, deal changes, allowances, food shows, promotions, etc
  • Maintaining Excel spreadsheets regarding item files, new item requests, retailer pricelists, and other item status reports
  • Loading advertising bookings and forward buys in both H&S and E-3 as needed
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
  • Generating appropriate reports for management
  • Maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Experience:

  • Preferred one (1) year of data entry experience
  • Proficient Knowledge of technological systems such as but not limited to: Microsoft Office, E3 or AWR, E-mail, Voice mail, etc

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Environment:

  • Office – approx. 65F – 75F

  • Physical abilities: Ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout your day; Walking on a variety of flooring such as carpet, concrete, tile, etc;
  • Strong communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with peers and leaders on a daily basis

  • Working in a team-based environment: Working independently and as a team player to ensure our customers are receiving orders timely and with the highest quality
